At the Bavarian Coomera we do not have any private event spaces. However, our venue is spacious and we can accommodate large groups across our generous Main Dining Floor and Alfresco dining area.
Yes, the Bavarian Eagle Street Pier is available for exclusive hire. Conveniently located within the dining precinct of Coomera's Westfield, The Bavarian offers a bright, spacious venue with the same fresh, modern look and feel as The Bavarian family, with bright motifs and artwork complemented by rustic elements that reflect its Bavarian heritage, including stone walls, alpine finishes and large, communal timber tables with bench seating. Exclusively The Bavarian Coomera can accommodate up to 350 guests seated or cocktail style.

Yes, for all events at The Bavarian Coomera a set menu is required. We offer 4 different set menus including a shared platter concept menu. Alternatively, we offer both a platter and canape menu perfect for cocktail style events.

Yes, you may. Additonally, the Rockpool Dining Group Events Team can provide you with contacts to assist you with visually styling your event. Kindly note all decorations excluding floral arrangements are restricted to exclusive events only.

Yes, The Bavarian Coomera is a child-friendly venue. We offer a kinder menu and can also provide highchairs for your little ones. Kindly note all children must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian at all times.
Yes, due to our prime location within the Westfield Coomera Dining Precinct we have disabled access and facilities.
You are able to bring in your own cake. Please note, should you wish to provide your own cake, a cakeage fee will apply.

We are able to hold private dining spaces for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other incoming enquiries and the timeframe of the event.

The Bavarian Coomera has six TV's onsite. Additionally, we have teamed up with professional third party suppliers who are able to deliver every AV need for your event. Please note, AV may only be used in when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more.
Yes, parking is available in the Westfield parking lot. The Purple Car Park is closest to The Bavarian Coomera.
Yes, Westfield Coomera is located less than 500m from the Pacific Motorway (M1), connecting Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Westfield Coomera adjoins the Coomera railway station and is a short walk from Coomera train station. Additionally, a number of bus routes operate to Coomera Railway Station and is a short walk to the centre.
