Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour is a vibrant Italian food and dining emporium with high-quality, affordable, family-friendly menus, innovative bar offerings and hands-on gastronomic experiences that perfectly encompassing the tagline ‘Fratelli Fresh, A Place For Everyone’.

Casual counter seating is available around a rotisserie, pizza kitchen, fresh pasta station, house-made dessert and gelato counter, and several bars, all showcasing premium produce. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu showcases heroing partners, including Vannella Cheese, Salumi Australia, Sonoma Bakery, Mecca Coffee, as well as Italian hero brands, Baci chocolate and Campari, and iconic American craft beer pioneer, Goose Island Beers.

Located directly underneath the International Convention Centre theatre in the heart of Darling Harbour, Fratelli Fresh offers hand-tossed Neapolitan pizzas both classic and gourmet ranges; pasta includes well-known Italian favourites as well as house specialties; and slow-cooked, spit-roasted meats, including porchetta and succulent lamb shoulder.

Yes, Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour is a brand new, spacious venue offering a unique concept, which can accommodate up to 1500 guests for an exclusive cocktail function.
At Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour we do not have any private dining rooms however, we can accommodate large groups in a non-exclusive area on our spacious main dining floor. Please speak with your Event Manager to discuss the most appropriate area for your party in our venue.
Yes, our menu can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Kindly note we do not offer gluten free pizza or pasta. Please specify dietary requirements when enquiring.
We are a fully licensed restaurant, therefore we do not allow BYO.
Yes, for all groups of 12 or more guests at Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour we require a set menu. Our set menus showcase delicious classics from our menu in an Italian feast style concept. For cocktail style events a Canape menu is also available.
A set menu is implemented to ensure the highest quality of food and service for larger groups.
For events at Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour both beverages on consumption and beverage packages are available. We recommend pre-selecting a range of beverages from our Italian-inspired beverage list in advance. Our standard recommendation is:

Yes, Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour offers a brand-new, open-plan dynamic space perfect to host your upcoming wedding and/or ceremony.
Yes, Fratelli Fresh is a family restaurant and children are welcome to dine with us at Darling Harbour! We do offer a Kids Menu and can provide highchairs for your bambinos. Please note all minors must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian.
Yes, Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour has disabled access and facilities.
You are able to bring in your own cake. Please note, should you wish to provide your own cake, a cakeage fee will apply.
Fratelli Fresh is a casual, family restaurant, and this is reflected in our casual dress code.
We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other incoming enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour does not have any onsite TV screens, however, we have teamed up with a professional third party supplier who are able to deliver every AV need for your event. Please note, AV may only be used when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more.
Due to our prime location within Sydney's ICC, parking is readily available. The ICC has two designated car park facilities located within the Exhibition Centre and ICC Sydney Theatre. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and Wilson Darling Square Car Park.
Yes, our central location in Darling Quarter allows easy access from Sydney's Light Rail stopping at the Exhibition Centre or Convention Centre. Additionally, we are located just 10 minutes walk from Town Hall train station and the ICC's allocated bus stop.
Yes, a 15% public holiday surcharge applies across all Rockpool Dining Group venues.
