Yes, at Burger Project Bourke Street we offer an events space located on Level 1. This space can accommodate up to 60 guests seated and 80 guests cocktail style.
Yes, our menu can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Our burger patties are made using Grass Fed Beef from Cape Grim in Tasmania. This beef is not halal accredited. We use Lilydale Free Range Chicken for our chicken burgers, which is halal accredited by the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils. No meat served at Burger Project is kosher. Please specify dietary requirements when enquiring.
We are a fully licensed restaurant, therefore we do not allow BYO.
A set menu is not required for an event at the Burger Project Bourke Street, however, we do require a pre-order for your group in advance.

Yes, children are welcome at the Burger Project Bourke Street. We offer a Kids Menu for your little ones to dine from and can provide highchairs at your request.
Yes, on the ground floor - please note our events space is on Level 1 and is only accessible by stairs.
Yes, you may bring your own cake. Please note, should you wish to provide your own cake, a cakeage fee will apply.
We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events, please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
Yes, at the Burger Project Bourke Street we have TV screens upstairs in our events space. Should you require any further AV requirements we have teamed up with a professional third party supplier who are able to deliver every AV need for your event. Please note, AV may only be used in our private events space.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or above.
The minimum spend is the amount that must be met in food and beverage purchase. It included staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event this minimum amount is not reached, the final bill will be rounded up to this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable by you on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
