We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events, please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
The Bavarian Tea Tree Plaza has 7 TV's onsite. We have teamed up with professional third party suppliers who are able to deliver every AV need for your event. Please note, AV may only be used in private spaces or when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more.
