Yes, for all events at The Bavarian Robina a set menu is required. We offer 3 different set menus including a shared platter concept menu. Alternatively we offer both a platter and canape menu perfect for cocktail style events.

Yes, The Bavarian Eagle Street Pier is a child-friendly venue. We offer a kinder menu and can also provide highchairs for your little ones. Kindly note all children must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian at all times.
You are able to bring in your own cake. Please note, should you wish to provide your own cake, a cakeage fee will apply.
Yes, we are able to hold group bookings and for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other incoming enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
Yes, a 15% public holiday surcharge applies across all Rockpool Dining Group venues.
