A fresh, flavour-packed menu spans lunch, dinner and late-night options, including Mexican classics such as quesadillas, tamales, tostadas, tacos, empanadas and enchiladas, alongside an artisanal tequila and tequila-based cocktail list. A short and sharp wine list features 20 whites, reds and Champagnes, typical of the South American region. Bar Patrón by Rockpool is the latest premium restaurant in the Rockpool Dining Group fold, with Patrón curating a bespoke spirits collection, including exclusive and special edition tequilas.

Yes, our venue is available for exclusive hire. Bar Patrón's sophisticated concept and central location lends itself to both corporate and private exclusive events. This unique space offers stunning views of Sydney's iconic Harbour Bridge, perfect to host your upcoming event.
Bar Patrón is an open plan restaurant without any private dining spaces. However, we are still able to host groups on our main dining floor.

We are a fully licensed restaurant, therefore we do not allow BYO.
A set menu is required for parties of 14 or more at Bar Patrón. Our set menu includes some of Neil Perry's signature dishes which encompass authentic Mexican flavours. Set menus are implemented to ensure the highest quality of food and service for larger groups and events.
Yes, our menu can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. At Bar Patrón our menu is almost exclusively gluten free. Please specify dietary requirements when enquiring.
For events at Bar Patrón, we exclusively offer beverages on consumption. We recommend pre-selecting a range of beverages for your guests in advance from our extensive beverage list featuring artisanal tequila and a tequila-based cocktail list.

Yes, Bar Patrón offers a bright, modern space which can host both a wedding ceremony and/or reception.
Our sophisticated, CBD venue calls for a smart/casual dress code. We kindly ask for no offensive slogans or logos.
Yes, you may bring your own cake. Please note, should you wish to provide your own cake, a cakeage fee will apply.
Bar Patrón offers a sophisticated dining experience with an emphasis on artisinal cocktails. Children are welcome at Bar Patrón, however please note all minors must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian and are required to vacate the premises by 9pm. Given the nature of the space Bar Patrón does not provide highchairs.
Yes, you may. Additionally, the Rockpool Dining Group Events Team can provide you with contacts to assist you with visually styling your event. Kindly note all decorations, excluding floral arrangements, are restricted to exclusive events only.

Please note we do not allow glitter, confetti or any decorations of offence.
Unfortunately, Bar Patrón does not have disabled facilities.
We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events, please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
Bar Patrón has no onsite TVs or microphones. However, our Events Team has teamed up with professional third party suppliers who are able to deliver every AV requirement for your events.

Please note, AV may only be used in private spaces or when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more.
Metered street parking is available. However, given the central location of Bar Patrón there is no on-site parking available.

Yes, a 15% public holiday surcharge applies across all Rockpool Dining Group venues.

Bar Patrón does not have an allocated smoking area onsite. Kindly note you must vacate the venue and smoke outside the building.
