Description

Eleven by Rockpool Events is a dedicated events space spanning across two opulent levels, located in the heart of Sydney. The heritage listed building is known for its beautiful architectural aesthetics, which includes a richly carved and modelled façade, grand sandstone entrance and finely executed interior finishes. The main dining room, which is suitable for sit down dinner or cocktail style event, features soaring ceilings fitted with modern chandeliers. The golden-hued room is lined with elegant black and white large floral prints and dark polished floors. Overlooking the majestic room is the Mezzanine. Perfect for canapes, entertainment, or to ensure larger groups can be accommodated.

What are your opening hours?

We are a dedicated events space as opposed to a functioning restaurant, therefore we have flexible opening hours. We are able to cater for Breakfast, Morning tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner functions. Please enquire with the Events Team.

What time are you licensed until?

Eleven by Rockpool Events is licensed until 12am.

What menus are available at Eleven by Rockpool Events?

Eleven by Rockpool Events can offer our five Premium menus: Rockpool Bar & Grill (modern Australian), Spice Temple (contemporary Chinese), Rosetta (Italian), Saké (contemporary Japanese), Bar Patrón (authentic Mexican), The Cut Bar & Grill (Steak & Seafood).

Are you able to cater for dietary requirements?

Eleven by Rockpool Events can cater to dietary requirements across all five of our Premium menus. Please advise upon enquiring.

Do you offer BYO?

Eleven by Rockpool Events is a fully licensed venue, therefore we do not allow BYO.

Is a set menu required?

Yes, for all events at Eleven by Rockpool Events, a set menu is required. Our set menus showcase delicious feature dishes across all five Premium menus available. A set menu is implemented to ensure the highest quality of food and service for larger groups.
For cocktail style events a Canape menu is also available from all five Premium menus available.

Can I opt for beverages on consumption? Do you offer beverage packages?

For events at Eleven by Rockpool Events both beverages on consumption and beverage packages are available. We recommend pre-selecting a range of beverages from our beverage list compiled by our in-house Sommeliers in advance. Our standard recommendation is:

Does your venue accommodate weddings?

Yes, Eleven by Rockpool Events offers a beautiful heritage venue in the heart of Sydney's city. Spanning two floors displaying decadent original features, this is the ideal space to accommodate your upcoming wedding.

Am I able to decorate or theme the space?

Yes, you may. Additonally, the Rockpool Dining Group Events Team can provide you with contacts to assist you with visually styling your event. Kindly note all decorations excluding floral arrangements are restricted to exclusive events only.
Please note we do not allow glitter, confetti, naked flames or any decorations of offence.

Does your venue have disabled access and facilities?

Unfortunately, Eleven by Rockpool Events does not have onsite disabled access.

Can I bring my own cake?

You are able to bring in your own cake. Please note, should you wish to provide your own cake, a cakeage fee will apply.

Do you place tentative holds on event enquiries?

We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events, please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other enquiries and the timeframe of the event.

Do you offer Audio Visual (AV) such as televisions, screens, projectors and microphones?

Do you charge a room hire fee?

A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.

What is a minimum spend?

A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.

When is a Service Charge applicable?

A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more.

Is parking available?

Metered street parking is available. However, given the central location of Eleven by Rockpool Events there is no on-site parking available.

Is your venue easily accessible by public transport?

Yes, Eleven by Rockpool Events is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from both Wynyard and Circular Quay train stations. As such we are also accessible from ferries arriving at Circular Quay's wharf and buses running frequently around Sydney's CBD.
