We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other incoming enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
Yes, Munich Brauhaus The Rocks has 2 TV screens in our Brasserie, 2 TV screens in Stammtisch and 4 TV screens in our Bar. We do have 1 onsite microphone at the discretion of our band, as well as speakers throughout the venue. Additionally, our Events Team have teamed up with a professional third party supplier who are able to deliver any further AV requirement for your event. Please note, AV may only be used in when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or above.
Metered street parking is available. However, given the central location of Munich Brauhaus The Rocks there is no on-site parking available.

Smoking is not permitted at Munich Brauhaus The Rocks, even outside in our Outside Area. Kindly note if you wish to smoke you must vacate the premises and smoke outside the front.
