Yes, The Bavarian World Square can accommodate cocktail functions. The most suitable area for cocktail functions is outside in our luscious biergarten. Our biergarten can exclusively accommodate up to 450 guests cocktail style. For smaller cocktail functions there are multiple sections within our outdoor area which we can section off for your group, offering your party a sense of exclusivity.
The Bavarian World Square does not have any private dining spaces however we can accommodate large groups across our main dining floor and outdoor biergarten.

The Bavarian World Square is a fun and casual venue, as is our dress code. We kindly ask for no offensive slogans or logos.
We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events, please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
The Bavarian World Square has five TV screens scattered around the venue. Should you require any further AV requirements we have teamed up with a professional third party supplier who are able to deliver every AV need for your event. Please note, AV may only be used in private spaces or when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more.
