Yes, The Cut Bar and Grill is available for exclusive hire. Our classic, heritage space can exclusively accommodate up to 130 guests seated and 175 guests cocktail style.
While The Cut Bar and Grill does not have a private dining room, we have a semi-private dining space on our main dining floor seating up to 20 guests. Additionally, we have a dedicated events space upstairs, above the venue - The Rocks Room. Please see the Rocks Room as a separate venue within the Rockpool Dining Group portfolio.
We understand your guests may have dietary requirements and we endeavor to do our very best to accommodate these. We kindly ask, that all dietary requirements are communicated to us as soon as possible for our kitchen team to offer alternative options.

Yes, a set menu is required for all events at the Cut Bar and Grill. We offer a delectable 2 and 3 course set menu featuring hero dishes from our stellar menu showcasing Australia's finest cuts of meat and freshest local seafood. Please note a set menu is implemented to ensure the highest quality of food and service for large groups. An exquisite canape is also available for cocktail functions.

Yes, children are welcome at The Cut Bar and Grill, we can offer children Fish (either grilled or fried) and Chips or Steak and Chips. Please note we do not provide highchairs and all minors must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian.
Unfortunately, The Cut Bar and Grill does not have disabled access as on entry their are a flight of stairs.
At the Cut Bar and Grill we offer a range of beautiful cakes and desserts. You are welcome to bring your own cake, kindly note should you wish to bring your own cake, a cakeage fee will apply.
Our venue offers a beautiful, fine-dining experience, as such our dress code is smart/casual. We kindly ask for no offensive slogans or logos.
We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events, please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
The Cut Bar and Grill has a TV screen with the ability to connect a laptop or iPad. Should you require any further AV requirements we have teamed up with a professional third party supplier who are able to deliver every AV need for your event. Please note, AV may only be used in private spaces or when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more
Metered street parking is available. However, given the central location of The Cut Bar and Grill there is no on site parking available.
