At The Bavarian Toowoomba, there are 17 fabulous beers on tap including imported favourites Löwenbräu, Franziskaner, Stiegl and Hofbräu and a large range of house craft beers supplied by Urban Craft Brewing Co, all of which can be enjoyed from one of the restaurant’s renowned 1-litre glass steins. Yes, The Bavarian Toowoomba is available for exclusive hire. This venue offers a light-filled, open-plan space which can accommodate up to 400 guests seated. Given the nature of our furniture our venue is best suited for seated events.
Given the nature of the furniture at The Bavarian Toowoomba our venue is best suited for seated events. We can accommodate smaller cocktail functions however, an exclusive cocktail function is not suitable. Please contact the events team to enquire further.
The Bavarian Toowoomba does not have any private dining rooms however we can offer our Balacony as an exclusive space for a seated or cocktail style function. Additionally, we can accommodate large groups across our spacious main dining floor.

We are able to hold group bookings for a maximum of 24 hours as it is a live booking system. For larger events, please speak to one of our Event Managers - this is dependent on other enquiries and the timeframe of the event.
Yes, the Bavarian Toowoomba has seven TV screens scattered around our venue. Should you require any further AV requirements we have teamed up with a professional third party supplier who are able to deliver every AV need for your event. Please note, AV may only be used in private spaces or when the venue has been hired exclusively.
A room hire fee is subject to the venue and is event specific. A room hire fee and/or minimum spends will be provided upon quoting.
A minimum spend is the amount that must be met on food and beverage purchases. It includes staffing costs. If, at the conclusion of your Event the minimum spend has not been met, the final bill will be rounded up to reach this amount accordingly. The deficit is payable on the day of and immediately after the conclusion of the Event, by cash or credit card. Additional costs such as Service Charge, theming, security, AV etc is not included in the minimum spend.
A Service Charge is applicable on all groups of 10 guests or more.
